Dave Camarata


As the CEO of IKANOW, Dave provides expert leadership to the entire staff and directs all operations and business activities. Dave is a proven and successful entrepreneur with 30+ years of executive management experience. Dave established his first company, MTCSC, Inc., in 1997 out of his garage and was personally responsible for all internal operations as well as building a customer base and generating revenue. Before selling MTCSC, Inc. to ManTech International Corporation, Dave had successfully grown MTCSC, Inc. to more than $85 million in annual revenues. Dave is a true entrepreneur and is looking for the next opportunity for success with IKANOW. Outside of IKANOW, Dave shares, “I deeply enjoy spending time with my wife of 31 years and our children and grandchildren.”

Chris Morgan


As CTO, Chris states, “I have the luxury of working with some of the brightest engineers and analysts in solving document analysis problems. I get to work on strategy, core operations, customer engagements, product line expansion, sales and once in a blue moon, prototype some software.” Chris has 11 years of experience in project management, systems engineering design, software engineering design and development. In addition, he has extensive experience in operationalizing technology solutions into products that are both robust and practical. When asked about his spare time, Chris responded, “I spend most of my time with my wife of 12 years and chasing my 3 and 6 year olds around the house, or that might be other way around! I greatly enjoy coaching my kids sporting events, skiing as much as can in the winter and fishing the Chesapeake in the summer.”

Audrey Lelevier


As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Audrey oversees all operations at IKANOW and works with executive leadership to ensure the success of the Strategic Plan. Audrey specifies, “At IKANOW, I never live the same day twice; there is always something new to be learned and perfected. I’m always on my toes, ready for whatever pops into my inbox!” Audrey has 3 years of experience expanding her knowledge and expertise in start-ups, corporate operations, human resources & benefits administration, cash flow forecast & management, payroll processing, recruiting, and marketing. In addition, she holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in English from Fordham University. Her personal interests include decorating and furnishing her first home with her husband, travelling, and living an active lifestyle.

Jason Pender

SVP, Field Operations

As SVP of Field Operations Jason is responsible for IKANOW’s business development and sales activities including its go to market strategy, direct, channel sales and technology alliances.  Jason brings 20 years of experience in technology sales leadership having started his career with IBM and more recently in the last decade building sales teams in pre-IPO high growth security technology companies including Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks.  Outside of work Jason is a passionate outdoorsman pursuing many sports, including rock climbing, skiing, and polo.

Scott Raspa

VP, Marketing

As the VP of Marketing, Scott is responsible for IKANOW’s marketing strategy and execution which includes all demand generation, product marketing, branding, communication, and content generation efforts. Scott has 12+ years of technology marketing and sales experience. In addition, Scott holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland University College. In Scott’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children as well as spending time outdoors and playing sports.
